No, if a lioness has a passable mutation, fertility has no effect on whether or not she passes it. Lower fertility lionesses have a higher chance of a random mutation occurring, but to my knowledge that doesn't effect their passable mutations such as piebald/patches, OG fur, etc. 0 players like this post!
