Not sure where to find the answer to this so I thought I'd give it a shot if any frozen-lion owners know!

Do you have to decorate and/or add applicators to the lion before you freeze them, or can you do anything to them after they're frozen as you would a normal lion?

For example if I wanted to use a Demiurge applicator and change the background of a Sirenomelia cub, could I freeze them first and then do as I please after I know they won't pass, or do I have to change everything I want to before I freeze them?
