Hi! I'm in the process of making a clan and had a few questions.

1. Is there a certain time period that the 10 member applications must be gained in? Ex. if you don't get 10 requests to join in a week, then your clan will be 'expired' and you will get your GB back.

2. How can I make a CSS? Is there anyone who would be good to commission?

3. How can I make a clan HTML and Thread? I've heard some people have had some issues so I just wanted to know so I could make the process easy and smooth.
