im trying to save up a bit more gb to host a warrior cats design contest! it'd be like a regular design contest, but any entries would be warrior cats(you don't have to have read the series or know what it is to join, they're just feral cats in the woods being angry lmao). i'd have options for people who really can't draw cats to do humans/anthros if needed, and i'd have gb prizes.
but i really have no idea how much gb the prizes should be, and how many prizes. i was hoping i could do at least three prizes, and maybe some small prizes for some runner-ups. can anyone tell me how much gb would get a good amount of people interested?

The prize(s) would have to be big enough to be worth doing art for, since the prize wouldn't necessarily be guaranteed. Whereas they could do a commission and be sure to get whatever their price is set at.

What I've seen in previous art contests is a 50-100 GB top prize, and then scaling down by half-ish for second and third. So 100>50>25 or 50>25>15, something like that. Depends on the number of entries though, it'd be wack to have a third place prize if there are only 3 entries. Having a higher top prize makes it more likely to get more entries though!

Hey ^^ In my opinion i think the better the prize the more artists you will attract!

Probably 10gb to get some artists, but probably 30+ to get a bunch

Considering the lackluster amount of comps being hosted atm any amount should be able to attract artists, I'd say 5GB is the minimum but I'm up for 3GB or even 1GB
