Hey there!

Hopefully the Watering Hole is a suitable place for this. I am flirting with the idea of starting a clan based on CSS for Lioden. It is my hobby and I've found myself helping others troubleshoot their codes and would like to start a clan where folks can troubleshoot with each other, share ideas, etc. Here are my questions:
- I am concerned this may disrupt the current premade layout market. I don't want to impact anyone currently doing well over there, and I don't have any skin in the game to really know how it's doing, or realistically, if it even would impact that market at all. One of my priorities is making an advertisement thread for creators to show their work and link to their own threads etc.
- Are clans able to have multiple threads in different topics ? Among my idea of having an advertisement thread, I'd like to host a troubleshoot thread as well (that will likely end up featuring other helpful threads within it)
- I've never run a clan before, so I'm probably not the best candidate for this, but I'd really love to try. Clan owners / moderators, any advice for a first timer ? Is there often conflict between members, etc ?
- Is there a voting system in place for clans ?
- Best methods to fund a clan after creation?
