I’ve got adhd and my current hyperfixation is accidental gaps, which is when a word could exist but doesn’t (I.e, derival) abiding by the laws of language. Tbh it kinda annoys me more than anything.  Also kinda linguistics in general—specifically how people interact with language, like slang and how younger kids understand language. ive got ADHD too! my current hyperfixations are birds and dragons, and obviously im obsessed with HTTYD (how to train your dragon) but i like to pretend that the 3rd movie doesnt exist! my ocs and the book im writing about them also have me in an AGGRESSIVE chokehold. 0 players like this post! I have both ADHD and ASD, and my main current hyperfixation is anything to do with analog horror. The Mandela Catalogues, Mystery Flesh Pit National Park, The Walton Files, The Backrooms, everything. The concepts are so tantalizing to me, I'll listen to podcasts and watch videos for hours. 0 players like this post! Like? |

@nobody Yeah!!! They're really interesting. As a person who has had sleep paralysis and night terrors for as long as I can remember, I find it interesting to try and find things that actually do get under my skin. And very few things do, cause most of the things I've seen in my dreams are worse than horror movies and books. 0 players like this post!
