I see that you are using Kat's free CSS template. With credit to her, I'll use her template (link to thread) to direct you to where you can change your cave images. If you scroll down on the CSS stylesheet template, you will see /* PREGNANT LIONESSES */. From that point onwards, you'd be able to tailor the code to change not only the images for Pregnant Lionesses, but also individual dens, Pride Oveview and Insect Mounds.

Just note that you will have to replace the CAVE ID HERE or USERID with your own. In your case, your †A Beautiful Lineage† cave's ID is 141681. This can be found in the URL of each cave. Hopefully it helps. Cheers!
