So, we all know we get a special base for 888 gifts, and it's a great motivator for gifting, right? Well this year I do beleive the shitters deserve something too! And with that, I present to you.... The Wallowing Base! [Black Medium Countershaded Special] I think it would be fair for 888 poops, so the same amount of effort is put in!  Here is a mockup with Harle, tawny skin, mottled rosette, and sunrise valiant! [For the life of me I cannot remember the name of the eyes.]  And here's the lineless version ^^:  If you vote no, please explain why! [So I can improve the base] |

I really love the idea of a special base for 888 poops, although I geel like it should be more unique looking, something that maybe has unusual colors, shading, or markings, like the Festive base! I'm worried that a simple shades of brown base won't get as much attention since it's more neutral ^^ That being said, I'm afraid I don't have any suggestions on how to actually make the base more interesting  0 players like this post! Honestly, the idea of feces colored lions is unique to say the least. But we already have the other brown bases alongside this. Second of all, good and evil Karma would get in the way. People wishing for the festive base at the moment can gift both poop and gifts based on karma. (Poop is -1, gift is +1). This would run into problems with good aligned lions wanting this base and evil aligned lions wanting the other. The base itself isn't the most pleasing thing to look at. There's a bunch of greens and oranges mixed into there alongside some muted greys. The mockup with the sunrise valiant looks decent, with the harlequin piebald, because they cover most of it. Try making it one solid color and making it lighter on the way, not adjusting the hues too heavily. 0 players like this post! Like? |
