I have a Discord server that I'm the only person in, and I have a designated image hosting channel in it that I use to post images and get urls fast regardless if I'm on mobile or PC. It's also nice to transfer photos to different computers without the hassle of email, because I can just post something on Discord and then open Discord wherever I want to save it to. Just make sure to click on the image and then click on the "Open In Browser"/"Open Original" link that pops up underneath it, and use the URL for the image you opened in your browser, NOT the message link.

The only drawbacks of this are 1) it's easy to accidentally delete stuff on Discord, which breaks the urls you have posted elsewhere, so you need to be careful, 2) if your image files are too big, Discord won't let you post them if you don't have Nitro 3) Discord accounts can get hacked a lot, I've not had any issues but if I do get hacked I won't have access to that server any more and can't control if anything gets deleted.

Other than that I also use tumblr by keeping an empty sideblog and posting images privately to it. However, tumblr doesn't let you tag/sort private posts so stuff can get buried after a while, especially if you posted privately to main or art blogs, you can't sort out the public posts when you go to find things.
