Ok so hello there I'm currently building up my perfect king with random marking I think look good together. I don't really care if these are rare or popular. After those 10 markings i do want to test my luck on the RMA with rosettes or other expensive markings so people stud to my king. I just wanted to ask if there would be a problem having these marking in the 11-20 marking slots. I've heard that markings can pretty much only be inherited in the same slot so I don't know if it would be impractical to have these very special markings in let's say my 13s slot because then less people will stud my king because you'd have to pay to display this marking or even to know if you have that marking I hope my ramble made sense and I hope it wasn't a stupid question lmao  0 players like this post! Personally I don't like markings in slots above 11, maybe 12. And those are usually just cosmetic, like a White Unders marking or something similar that makes a full design look a bit better. I don't like paying for slots, so I really only add it for design purposes on my kings, and only markings I don't really care about seeing on any cubs. Just a warning regarding RMAs, I've seen people spend hundreds and thousands of GB to get several good markings, so be prepared for that. I kind of recommend against it, at least for your first king. You'd have to go through all 10 slots and get rare markings to make it "worth" it, basically. Most people going for good markings with RMAs typically use them on lions with breed only aspects like base, mane, eyes, etc. 0 players like this post! Like? |

Thanks for answering! That does make sense  especially about the odds of getting good markings from RMA i think rosettes are like a 0.01 % chance of getting 0 players like this post! Like? |

Here is the full breakdown of RMA percentages on the wiki :) I've got a BO project on my side account, and I impulsively spend about 200 GB on RMAs and marking removers on each of my kings whenever I get a new one. I got Briar Rosette after about 70(?) on my previous queen, and on my current one I got just 2 BO markings out of the total of 114. So it's... expensive, haha. I'm trying to breed an heir with the BO eyes and mane that I want, so I'm holding off on RMAs until then! 0 players like this post! Like? |
