You can set your own terms, but the most common is the player who buys the heat gets first pick of the cubs, and the player who owns the lion being bred gets second pick. If there are more than 2 cubs, the buyer gets third and the seller gets fourth.

Some sellers split ALL cubs, while others only split cubs with mutations, and others will split cubs with rosettes or special bases as well. It's up to you, but make sure the buyer is aware ahead of time. The most common way to split litters is mutation only, but it does depend on the seller's terms.

When I do split litters, I don't do them through the reverse breeding system. I have them send the breeding items to me, breed the lion with whatever stud they want, and then we split the cubs after they're born.

I might be biased, but I trust me more than I trust everyone else lmao.
