Hello! Have you ever made a trade and thought “oh man, I overpriced this sucker cause no one’s showing interest!” Or “oh CRAP I way underpriced this, I need to increase the amount ASAP.” We’ve all been there. So instead of having the issue of cancelling the trade and setting it up again, including re-adding all the items or lions, wouldn’t it just be easier to have an ‘edit trade’ button on top of the cancel trade button? Please tell me what you think! Edit 1 (courtesy of 🏳️⚧️Sakasu🏳️🌈[g1 prisma] #256269): The trade would be unable to be edited if an offer is made on it. Edit 2 (courtesy of ⚜️Zuri⚜️ #247464): The edit should only revolve around currency, no lions or items shall be added or removed as to stave off scams. Edit 3: (my own edit) The trade edit may also include description changes (ex: adding 'only taking offers over 10 GB in worth' once posted) Edit 4: (courtesy of Opti (G1 PECORA RLC KING) #23964: the description edit may be changed whenever, but must have a time stamp on it. Like a post edit on discussion boards. |

Np! I often wish this, so I can ajdust the buyout without having to cancel on my however many watchers haha It would just suck to have a huge offer on something valuable only for OP to edit it and change the lion to like, an ncl instead of what you originally offered on lol Even if it was something like an edit buyout and not an edit items/lions at all, it would be an improvement I feel 2 players like this post! Like? |

I also agree this would be a lovely idea. But definitely cannot be edited once an offer has be added. I think though that this should only change the price. meaning original items OR lions shouldn’t be able to be changed. As generally you can make another trade for that. Should be able to change buyout and bio only. 2 players like this post! Like? |

That’s a good point, but say if you had a lion in the TC that wasn’t selling and you wanted to make it better by adding a side item or other lion. Would you want to cancel the trade, who was watching it, and restart again? 0 players like this post! Like? |

Ultimately yes I believe you should. As it is no longer the Same Trade. You should only be allowed to edit currency or people will find a way to scam with it. I perfect example of how a scam using this could run is : User 1 puts in a clean g5 tigon name “clean g5 tigon” User 2 sees the trade, looks at the lion. Decides they want it so they watch the trade, and start saving. In the meantime user 1 has now put a NCL in there, with the same name. “Clean g5 tigon” User 2 has finally saved up and goes to buy the trade. Not looking at the lion assuming it is the same. And yes I understand an easily solution for them is to *look* at the trade again but despite any solutions it will happen, and we should not add a feature that opens up new scamming techniques. That’s just my 1 piece. I agree on the general idea but only to edit currency / LF bio. 0 players like this post! Like? |

I’d like to be able to change the description mainly, as I believe there’s a lot of area for abuse with this! However editing the description would be 100% something I’m interested in 0 players like this post! Like? |

there is a lot of ways to possibly abuse the system for sure, but I think not being able to change the items or lions in the trade work against those loopholes (unless Im missing something). Also should the description be able to be changed whenever, or before offers only? 0 players like this post! Like? |

Such as [description edited on 4:18:23 at 08:15] Unfortunately I worry that a lot of editing of buy outs and lions and items, even before offers are placed could have a lot of abuse, as much as I'd LIKE it to be an option. 1 player likes this post! The time stamp is a great idea! For now I will include the idea of editing description in this clause, but if this idea gets dropped I will remove it so it may be included in a development poll by itself. 1 player likes this post! Like? |
