leopons' unique Mottled Rosette marking goes along with a family of rare rosette markings, opening up possibilities for projects such as multiple rosette cubs. a parallel possibility doesn't exist for tigons at the moment, & Mottled Stripes does not seem to be especially sought after on its own.

i'd love to see a marking that functions just as rosettes currently do, but for, well, stripes.
