Just a few ideas for explore encounters that drop decor and stuff! I wrote out ideas for the encounters and underlined the decor that I'm suggesting

You pass by some foliage and do a double-take, was that a bird?
Option: Check it out! (Receive: Large Leaves, Bird of Paradise flower decor, or nothing)

A stampede was here not too long ago, there's dust in the air and the smell of fear. Careful! You almost tripped on something
Option: Look down! (Receive: Antelope horns, Antelope horn decor, or nothing)

You come across a large den, I wonder what's inside?
Option: Dig! (Receive: Rib Bone, Warthog carcass, abandoned nest, or gain xp from digging)
Option: Sniff around. (Recieve: Warthog burrow background, random feather, or nothing)
