STILL UPDATING!!! It's a little hard to make a huge list like this on mobile so I'm posting and going to my computer to finish it <3 This is an updated/extended version of my previous breed-only guide that was originally just a list of bases.
Listed below are ALL of the Breed-Only skins, eyes, manes, manebases, and bases. Markings will be posted on another threat since there are so many! If there are any errors please feel free to let me know!
Note: I would strongly advise to open up another tab with the LD Wardrobe to compare looks there! This thread is meant to be condensed and until the foreseeable future, will remain image-less for the comfort an ease of access in finding what you're looking for <3

Bases introduced via raffle lionesses, Events, or NCL explore exclusives! These have SPECIAL genetics and rarely pass! In order to breed a lion with one of these bases, at least one of the parents MUST have the base in question. All breed-only bases listed are special unless stated otherwise!

Combos!
Bases that are obtained by breeding certain bases together! The base rarities can range anywhere from common to special and some can contribute to other combos! Please keep in mind that while there are 'common' combos, they are still quite difficult to obtain/breed. Combos can be bred to each other or to their own factors and still have a chance to produce cubs with said base. This is limited to events or certain times for some, which will be explained below each section
Normal Combos
Combos that can be bred at any time of the year!

Rare Breed-Only Bases
Breed only bases that have the 'rare' genetics, they're still special in their own way, however they are NOT raffle,NCL, or event exclusive! They can be bred at any time and can pop up as a nice surprise should your lions have the right genetics! They pass easier than Special breed-only bases, and are often used in breeding for Specials. For example, you can breed an Onyx(black dark solid uncommon, a custom base) to Interstellar(Black Dark Solid Special applicator base) and have a chance to get Interstellar, a rare base, an uncommon base, or a common base.
All of the bases listed below have the RARE genetics!

Manes and Mane Colors
(This section is small enough to put into one spoiler)
Shapes!
As of now there are only 4 breed-only mane shapes, but upwards of 41 colors! I will be listing all of these including combos~
Maneater Manes
Currently the only non-combo breed-only manes in-game, can only be obtained on a lion if one or both parents have said mane shape.
Savage
Pariah
Tsavo
-
Combo Manes
These can only be obtained via breeding factor mane shapes together! Though if one parent has it, the shape can be passed if bred to a lion(ess) of the same mane, or a combo factor.
Royal// Barbary x Hellraiser/Sideburn/Thick/Tufted OR Sideburn x Hellraiser/Thick/Tufted
-------------
Colors!
Normal
One parent must have said mane color in order for cubs to inherit it.
- NCL Exclusive
These can only be found on NCL's if your impression level is Impressive or higher! These can also only be passed down if one parent has it.
Clay, Copal, Marigold
- Combo
There is a 50% chance that when breeding their coinciding combo base, the resulting cub could have the mane to go with it. Such as if you breed an Elysian cub, there's a 50% chance they could have the Elysian mane color and 50% chance they could have whatever other color their parent(s) have. If you breed a combo maned lion to another, it can pass like any other mane.
This Category is also small enough to put under one spoiler!
NCL-Exclusives
These can only be found on NCL's or bred from lions with said skin!
Clouded
Greige
Pale
Peach
-
Breed-Only Skins
These can only be bred from lions with the skin, or be gotten via breeding their associated base! There's a 7% chance of these popping up on a cub with the linked base if neither of the parents have said skin to begin with. This 7% chance is rolled after the chance for the parents passing theirs has been. Below are the skins listed with their linked bases!
Breed-Only markings are categorized by Tiers 2 (Raffle marks), 4(Rosettes), 5(Hybrid and restricted), and 6 (RMA-Exclusive). Most markings can be obtained via an RMA, so the only true breed-only marks are Hybrids, such as Mottled Rosette and Mottled Stripes. I consider RMA-Exclusive markings to be breed-only as the RMA is the only way to obtain them other than breeding to lions with said mark, just like Tier 2. There are some breed-only event markings that are listed as Tier 3, which typically is where applicator markings fall under, but we will get to that later. Below are the nonevent breed-only markings listed by color group!
