Based off of a joke suggestion in chat a few weeks ago lol

This is just a fun thought
Once a year, in February, you can "castrate" your king, rendering them infertile, in order to gain a lion scrot.

It would work somewhat like the Primordial Spring in that you can only do it once per king, but unlike the Spring, you can't immediately retire your king and get another one. It is simply once per year.

After your king is infertile, they're infertile. There's no getting the breeding ability back. You have to retire if you want a fertile king.

Anyways, what do you think of this? It's not like it's OP or anything, scrots are really easy to get in February anyway
