ACHERON is the story of the Ancient Greek world of myth and legend without humans. The gods, unpredictable and fickle, tired of their playthings and decided to get rid of the hairless, emotional bipedals. The next society would be, they decided, taken from the realm of beasts, more fitting, they thought, to their own brutal and bloody natures: canines. Thus it was that one day dogs woke up to find their human masters gone without trace, & wolves found no hunters on their land. Left to them was the overworld of Athens, left in the condition humans left it, and the bounty this civilisation left behind.

But now the canines are now blessed - or cursed - with the attentive, fickle eyes of Olympus…

ACHERON is a semi-realistic roleplay based on the world of Ancient Greece, coloured with mythology from the time, and viewed through the eyes of unconventional narrators.

Canines have struggled to come to grips with a world that is both their inheritance and one not made for them. These myths are not just history but a constant reality - and their stories can be changed by your actions.
