This is the first time I’ve ever suggested something so sorry if the formatting is kind of wonky. I designed the base with the idea of it being a celestial lioness base but I am also open to it being a combo base (perhaps between sunset and sunrise or sunset and dawn?) Potential genetics: dark black countershaded special Other potential base combinations: Blue Poinsettia/Ra x Ice With line art  Without line art  Alternate version without the orange   |

adding a no support for here personally, I feel that the colors of this base clash against each other in a harsh way. the blue seems too dark/too saturated to fit well with the white(?) and orange. I couldn't imagine it being a combo base of any kind between sunset and sunrise or sunset and dawn. a combo base could reflect the bases in question as a mix of sorts, not as something entirely different... 1 player likes this post! I see what you mean, I tried to reference actual pictures of dusk (specifically this one from worldatlas.com) but I think I went a little to overboard with the orange. As for the combinations I was thinking sunset x sunrise or sunset x dawn since dusk is the transition between day to night.  0 players like this post! Like? |

I love the dark blues! But I do think some more lighter blue hues should be added around the eyes and muzzle. And maybe remove the white dots and replace them with more speckle like substitutes? Or remove them completely, as vitiligo markings are a thing! Other than the suggestions, I absolutely love the dark blue (we need a dark blue base) and I support!!!! 0 players like this post! Like? |
