Sugarplum is an applicator base inspired by the common holiday candy,
it's a medium violet with heavy speckling. The primary goal of the base was to add some purple to the game without it being lavender or neon blurple, so it can be unique but still mesh with the common markings easily. Most December bases are blue or brown, so having another color in the mix could greatly add to the month's selection.
