Heres what you would do: so mobile or not on the top right corner of your screen should say "Logout" then next to that "wiki" then next to "wiki" is "modbox" click the word modbox then you will be taken to a screen and in a blue box it should say "What Kind Of Information Should I Submit?" click it then it tells you what kind of info you should submit Below it is The ticket selection, select what happened then t goes from there!
(AKA mod box stand for Moderator Box)
