I had a random thought about Nirah and how he really deserves a unique base. It's kind of depressing, really, how this loved NPC has no traits that are like him in-game.

However, October is full of applicators and needs some good BO, so I suggest a mechanic that works similarly to the Maneater Studs.
The only difference is they would be randomly generated with traits, as opposed to designed, like the August ones.
The first pool of traits would be Nirah-themed, and every year after they can just be spooky, because who doesn't love the October bases?

Alsoooo.... I love T3 BOs

I think it could be an option for maybe 100 BB to breed to the studs? I dunno.
I may make mockups for some of the traits I would want added lol

the biggest issue with this I can see is it would probably have an increase of people who are in love with Nirah (for god knows why. He's a lion. He flirts with your LION, not you)
