Luckily, Ardor base and Flamingo mane are applicable, and you can buy dwarves to king for relatively cheap! It may take a little while to get stuff to sell, but it likely won't be a very intensive breeding project unless you want certain breed-only traits (such as eyes, skin color, or mane shape) :D

During March and April I would recommend buying Leopard Tails, One with the Giants (March), and Egg Yolks (April). For the March items, they don't expire so you should sell them to other players later on when prices probably rise, but Egg Yolks have a 10 day expiration, so it's best to sell them either during the end of April or within the first few days of May so that whoever wants them can have them with the longer expiration date. I recommend looking around on forums around the same time you'd be looking to sell to see what going rates are, and price similarly to them.

Once you have enough GB from selling items, you can buy the Ardor base app and Flamingo mane app, the dwarf you'd like to have as your king, and at least 10 extra GB to retire your current king early!

In the meantime, you can play around in the Wardrobe to see what markings you like (and maybe make several designs) and other players can help you figure out what would be easier or more feasible for someone just starting out :)

Do keep in mind that dwarf males cannot pass their mutation (and neither can females without the use of a Lion Scrotum) so it'd be purely aesthetic, but they are cute to have!
