I allow minor modifications such as tail, mane shape, minor decoration and expressions but I will not make complex decor or change a pose. These are simple flat-colored or simply shaded YCHs, so if you want background you'll need to pay extra, it depends on case.
I will not charge more for a flat or gradient background. I can make a white outline for the characters for free.
