Claiming lionesses in explore is a big part of the game, sometimes you want to take them into your pride and sometimes you don’t. When you do, there’s a chance you won’t be successful in swooning her, so I’ve done my best to work out a formula that generally helps me reach my goal.

** Please keep in mind that no matter what actions you do, there is still a chance that you may or may not claim the lioness that you’re attempting to take into your pride. This is just what has so far worked for me.

Personalities play a big role in claiming lionesses, for starters, knowing what personality corresponds with whichever pose will help you decipher what actions you need to do in order to claim a lioness.
Secondly, when your personality goes hand in hand with the lioness’s personality, you have a higher shot at succesfully claiming them because your personalities match. For example, my king’s general personality is kind, so he has a smoother time claiming lions with kind personalities. So forth.

However, the so far formula that I have deducted for claiming lions is:

GOOD
Purr
Puff Out Chest
Shake Mane
Rub Head

KIND
Purr / Manly Roar
Puff Out Chest
Shake Mane

NEUTRAL
Purr / Manly Roar / Snarl
Puff Out Chest
Shake Mane
Rub Head / Bite Neck

SNARKY
Snarl / Growl
Puff Out Chest
Shake Mane
Bite Neck / —Rub Head

EVIL
Snarl / Growl
Puff Out Chest
Shake Mane
Bite Neck / —Rub Head

A slash just means either or, so you can do whichever action listed.

Once again, keep in mind these are not 100% a guarantee. I think you should chekc out various claiming guides, pick up patterns you seen and develop your own formula. This is so far what works for me.
