Maybe if it had only five items it would work. Items common, food and 10-70 SB packs uncommon, decor rare, and backgrounds ultra rare.

Sounds good to me! Some decor would be nice, especially if the ultra rare one was the thing you've had your eye on for a long time! Buy these would be super satisfying! o7o

I think this would be a good SB dump.

Perhaps there could be..say...3? Different bundles (just an example here).

There could be
>>"Nice surprise bundle"-- (small in size) it would cost perhaps anywhere from 50-100SB and it could contain 4-6 very common, easily findable items, such as some feathers, maybe common toys, or small carcasses.

>>"Great surprise bundle"-- (medium in size) it could cost from 150SB-200SB and it could contain 3-5 items, such as medium carcasses with 3 uses, more uncommon feathers/toys and maybe a single common decor.

And then..

>>"Fantastic surprise bundle"--that could cost from 300SB-500SB, (not sure on price here) but it could contain only 3 items max. This is because the items are uncommon. Perhaps a large carcass such as rhino, maybe an uncommon toy, and a low use uncommon decor.


There could probably be a much higher end bundle.. perhaps one that cost 2-3GB and it could be like a "mega surprise bundle" and this would only contain 1 item that would be rare, such as a rare decor, or a rare toy. Dunno about this one though.

I like the idea. However; I think it ought to be only during certain events. That's the only way i'd support it.

There already is such a thing as a food bundle, scar bundle.. But having it available all the time PLUS finding carcasses/decors in explore PLUS earning scars in tussling PLUS hunting lioness and patrolling subs... Food/toys/decors would essentially be made worthless.

What if these bundles were only available in a users' birth week? Or maybe available on the same week they joined LD? To make it more valuable, maybe those bundle could have exclusive carcasses and decors. I like the concept; I just don't like the end result if this were available to everyone all the time. Huge carcasses would be worthless and it'd pretty much be a monkey shop scandal, by selling him back all the items he just sold you. xD

Icy: not entirely true on making carcasses worthless.

Remember there is only a chance that you'd get a carcass. for all you know all the items in the bundle can turn out to be feathers. or even something totally useless like old sandals or pet rocks. And there wouldnt a high chance of getting carcasses either.

And feathers are always in demand. They's never go out of want because people collect them all the time in order to craft decors. and it takes at least 30 of any feather to craft just one decor :P

But i do like your take on it. Maybe it could be a birthday only thingie. would keep the bundles rare~ ESPECIALLY if you have the choice to open the bundle or leave it closed. That way people could sell the bundles, or take a risk and open the bundle themselves.

For the birthday, to only have it on YOUR It would take a lot of coding to do, There are multiple members with birthdays each week or each day, you can't really ask the mods to code ALL of them? o3o

The different bundles was just an idea if it was implemented in the monkey shop.

For birthdays it could stick closer to the OPs original concept of the bundle and just have it hold 6 random items with variations in rarity..

With that being said they would be no different than the hyena decor you get for your birthday on lioden. The creators do not code every decor, every single time on a persons birthday. It is only coded once and every time there is a birthday the coding is used then and the person gets 1 (of 8? i think) hyena decor chosen at random. I'm sure they make work with a database of everyone's Bday.
