That'd be cool, but would maybe promote spamming by sending heaps of players ads and such about sales or stud?

I've always thought a private chat room system that pops up a new tab and you can invite people to join would be a good thing to have, especially with roleplays.

hmm.. didn't think about that, Kraft! Maybe you could have a limit, 3-5 possibly. Wouldn't eliminate the problem, but could help.

Yeah it might promote advertising and such and also you know when group messages happen on iPhones and how it spams you even if you don't want to be in it, maybe It could be like a chat room so you don't get like 50 messages or you could have to accept or decline being in it before you get the messages?

PLENTY of other sites have this feature and it works just fine. Oftentimes there's a report button for abuse. If people send a mass message to advertise or whatever, you just report them. Support! :)

This would be very nice when talking to more than one person about a single subject but I also feel that adding another user would make things a bit hard to keep track of (not to mention I'm not sure how this would really work when being sent to you). I would rather see something such as a Private Discussion Forum that would require invite to be able to be viewed or perhaps a Private Chatbox. However, I think this would also be quite a bit of coding and may even cause a bit of unnecessary drama on Lioden, so, if the admits could find some way that they are comfortable with this (meaning it wouldn't cause problems, it wouldn't cause a mess of bugs, and it wouldn't need constant maintaining), I'm all for it but if this would simply cause issues then no support.

I feel like private group messages and private chat boxes would make it hard to make friends on lioden. Close group of friends would now only talk to each other in their private chats. While new members or members who don't have a close clique might find it hard and lonley.

Just my opinion as sometimes this happens in main chat.
