Its hard being an older player who is behind on the stat gap. I have at a max, like, 250 stats, while some other players who have a newer male have 1000+ stats. Its almost impossible to attack someone for territory and win if they have such a giant skill level.
I think the cost of territory should be lowered to help with this. I cant get females i would like because i dont have enough room, and i cant afford to shell out 850+ SB for a territory slot.

I vote we lower the cost to a steady rate after so many territory slots.

So, example being..
1 slot- 50 beetles
2 slot- 100 beetles
..
..
All the way up to 10 slots. After 10 slots (So the 11th, 12th, etc slots) would only be 500 beetles each.

Just an idea, because this whole stat gap really makes things difficult for a lot of players.

I don't support. Just because I had about 30 territory spaces before I had retired my first king to my high stat heir. My first king was a rolled lion with about 30 or so stats. Skills are more important, I believe, in PVP. Just start fighting for skill for a while, then start for territory.

We all had to deal with this. Buy some spaces, fight for the others, etc. And yeah, only skill matters in PVP. So no support.

I've got max territory on both my accounts with rolled lions, and that's with only "seriously" playing for about three weeks.

My tip to you is to go through the territory list every level and bookmark everyone in your Elo (I had better luck taking all stats into account, not just skill). Hit someone every time your cooldown is up. I promise there are a bunch of newbs who are in the same boat as you that you can tussle with.

Feed your lion his snacks every day before you hit explore, hope for some scratch skill gains, try to max your impression for the skill boost. It's a bit of a slog, but it gets easier.
