Sorry if this has been suggested before! Just something I thought of when seeing some complaints.

Okay, surely we've all bought lions and their hunger and mood were painfully low, right? Annoying. But some people don't notice this and before they know it, their new lion has run off. So I'm suggesting that in order for you to put a lion up for trade, you have to have their needs at a certain level. 60% is when they threaten to leave, so how about to trade them, their needs must be at 40% or above?

If you have anything you wanna add on to this, feel free to comment!

Maybe for hunger it could be like 40% hungry to trade instead of 80% because by then they won't get a hungry warning and won't have to feed that lion for today

I always forget that 100% hunger/mood is bad, not that they're 100% full/happy. Fixing this. Thank you!

I like this idea! I find it really annoying when people ask high amounts for an adol that is at 5% mood and 90% hunger it personally puts me off ever considering to buy from them

I wonder if the mods will ever bring in something more in terms of mood??
Would an unhappy Lioness even want to hunt?
Would an adolescent with less then 50% mood be a cranky tormenting teenager on a rage in the pride causing havock!?

I support this so much, it's rather annoying that it is even an issue which needs to be brought up, it's just plain rude to send people lions that are starving. Of course if you don't notice then that's different, but if it's an intentional choice its an issue.

"Oh I am selling this one, won't waste my food by feeding it"

Which is exactly what people say to themselves I'm sure D:

I feel like making mood influence hunts would be nice, the lower the mood the lower the hunt sucess rate and perhaps they would just refuse if they get way too moody lol
Omg imagine if the adols moods go down enough and they become that moody teen they get all picky about which items they play with and what food they eat XDD
"But I don't want warthog, give me Zebra! >:U"

I could imagine some sort of message along the lines of "one of your adolescents has destroyed some of the items in your hoard due to their low mood" XD
And
" ____ refuses to go hunting until you have played with her"
It would give more players incentive to interact with their lions daily!

It would be especially important to me, that I not purchase a lion that, in five or ten minutes when rollover happens, runs away. :P

So whatever 'daily' threshold the lion is in- it should be one full day from running away. :)

I support! Would definitely go along with http://www.lioden.com/topic.php?id=108408290040
*blant advertising back XD*

But yeah, in all seriousness. This has happened to me on a few occassions, I buy a lioness I really liked, then to find out she was at 23% mood, and 10% hunger. :I I usually don't pm people about this but I did...and well, they basically said "If you didn't like what you got you shouldn't buy it"
Yes, it was an error on my part on buying it, but, ugh, I find it RUDE that YOU have to boost the mood and hunger of THEIR lion/ess after the trade.
Really like these mood messages
"one of your adolescents has destroyed some of the items in your hoard due to their low mood"
And
" ____ refuses to go hunting until you have played with her"
It would give more players incentive to interact with their lions daily!

I usually let my lions in the trade center until they run away, that's why my lions for trade has low mood etc...
If I had to feed them daily in order to let them in the trade center, I would rather chase them.

This would be a nice addition. Less lions in TC, less lions are for sale, the prices righten themselves.

I support but also relise that you could pit your lion in a trade and it gets hungry a few days after them someone buys it before you feed

I feed my lions when they are about to leave so 60% and if someone buys it before I feed them I seem bad....
