Welm's Wares

You're about to walk past the mouth of the alley when you hear a tiny, irritating voice speak up. "Psst! Over here!" As you turn your head, you see a tiny humanoid face peeking over the edge of a rusted street sign balanced on top of two Home Depot gallon buckets as a makeshift table. "Hey kitty! Interested in any of my wares?" The tiny creature scrambles on top of the table and poses dramatically, pile of mostly useless junk presented proudly to you with soft, clawless paws. Their tail lashes eagerly, and there's a scammer's manic grin on their round face, despite the relatively fair prices.
