You go up to elder Hatii and looks at what was happening, asking her what is happening inside as she turned around to see you, she sat down in front of a small low table like log and softly spoke to you. "Oh..it's a flea market my dear, go around and you can come back when you find some things you want.." she leaned back and goes back to reading, walk into the tent and have a nice look around to see what you wanted.
