Biography
Baridi arrived to the pride as a gift from a stronger neighbouring pride towards the start of Uchafu's reign. Baridi was the star of the pride, and transformed from a beautiful white cub into a powerful hunter. As soon as she was of age, she joined the hunting party, and eventually took the mantle of Chief Hunter when Vumbi retired. She and her daughters formed a hunting party of white lions that served the pride diligently, and they were revered in return. After a long career, Baridi retired as Chief Hunter at 12 years 5 months, taking on the title of Adviser and eventually Elder. Establishing a legacy was very important to Baridi. She wanted great things for her cubs, which made her somewhat overbearing at times. Luckily for her, her cubs made her proud. Her grandson Boru took over as king after Uchafu died, her son Geleira served as his Adviser, her daughter Machoni Nyota was Chief Hunter, and another of her grandsons was lined up to be a Prince. Even after she retired, the pride's hunting party was filled with her bloodline.
