Biography
WITH THE SCOUTS , MY BRUH. SOAR FRIENDS SOAR.

Timood was flying. She soared through the clouds, her paws outstretched, the slight breeze ruffling her fur. "This is amazing," she said softly to herself. "Mom, wake up!" Timood was shaken out of her dream, into the hard reality. "What Narrie?" she said sleepily, to her daughter, Timid Narrie. "Can we go out hunting by the big watering hole? Pleeaaase?" Narrie begged. "You know it's way to overpopulated with gorillas and-" "that gorillas are too dangerous for cubs like me, blah, blah," Narrie interrupted. "But I turned one a month ago!" "Oh, alright. We leave at noon," Timood sighed. Timood got up and stretched, then went to a small lake for a drink. She still remembered her dream. It was amazing. She wanted to fly, so desperately. She had seen humans flying in large, bird shaped things, and humans were absolutely dimwits! Why couldn't she fly then? She sighed. No wonder they called her Timood's Broken Wings. Although she should be grateful for that; she'd never even had BROKEN wings, much less working ones. "Oh well....a lioness can dream," she muttered. "When you see a pack of dik diks, you always go for the ones who look fatter, or the ones who walk funny, as they are the easiest to catch," Timood explained to Narrie. "Can I hunt now?" Narrie asked. "Well, okay. Just make sure you are extremely quiet up until the point where you pounce." Narrie nodded eagerly. Timood beckoned for her to go, so Narrie went off to catch her first dik dik. Timood walked over to a tree and looked up at the large leaves. She put her paws against the tree trunk and started shaking it. After a while doing this, a few of the large leaves finally dropped to the ground. Timood placed them against a small rock, then went in search of a few sticks. She found a couple good sized ones and put them with the leaves. Then, she picked a couple reeds that were extremely tall. "Hm, how can I put these together to make wings?" she wondered. An idea suddenly came to her. She put the sticks next to each other, then fastened them together with the reeds to make one long stick. She then placed the leaves at either end and tied them to the stick. "There! Wings!" she grinned. "Now how can I attach them to my body?" she said. She tried to use a few more reeds to create a harness that would slip onto her torso, and two more that would attach to her front paws, so she could flap the wings as she had seen birds do. "These are amazing!" she beamed, examining her work. "Mom look!" Narrie cried, bounding up to her. Flung over her back was a dik dik. "Good job Narrie," Timood said, slightly disappointed that she couldn't try out the wings. "Can we come back tomorrow?" Narrie asked. "Yes, of course!" Timood said, eager to come back and try out her wings. Timood hid the wings in a rotting log by the watering hole, then headed home with Narrie, who was telling Timood about how she caught the dik dik. The next day, while Narrie was practicing hunting at the watering hole, Timood decided to try out the wings. She slipped into the harnesses and then found a tall hill that she could jump off of. Timood had a strong feeling that the wings would work, because they looked just like bird wings. "Here I go!" Timood said. She ran and then flung herself off the cliff. Timood flapped her wings as hard as she could. For a second she thought she was airborne but at the next moment, she came crashing down to earth, and she blacked out. "Timood?" someone said. Timood opened her eyes. It was Alternia, another lioness in Timood's pride. "Timood, are you okay?" she asked. "Y-yeah, I'm fine," Timood said. "Where-where are my wings Alternia?" Timood asked. "Well-you took quit a fall there. While you survived....I don't think your wings did," Alternia said. She held up the wings. The branches were nearly severed in two, hanging on by one thin piece of wood. The leaves were bent and broken, and one of the harnesses ad come off. "Oh no!" Timood cried. Then she started laughing. "T-Timood's B-Broken W-Wings!" she laughed so hard that she started to feel breathless. Alternia chuckled. "Yep. Those really are Timood's Broken Wings!"
