Hansi settled down in the leaves and observed her pride happily. Her daughter, Lilly, was rolling around in the dirt, and she seemed happy enough. The other lionesses regarded both of them with pleasure and kindness. But Hansi wasn't interested in their attention at the moment.

She perked up when she saw Aaren strut through the tall grass towards them. She stood to greet him, rubbing her head lovingly against his side. "We missed you," she purred.

"Yes," Aaren sighed, "Very well, then. I'm sorry, but I have work to do. Paton," he called, and Hansi frowned as he walked off to find his sub-male. She sat back down, glancing around at all of the other lionesses, who seemed slightly bemused at her reaction. She grumbled under her breath and turned away.

- Konigen chose to visit King Jaegerjaquez and bare his cubs to leave one with his pride. He was very pleased with the result and so chose to protect her with his favourite lionesses until it was time for her to go home. She enjoyed herself playing in the fallen leaves in the forested part of the territory.
