Biography
It didn't take long for Mahui to realize she was quite different from the other cubs in her pride. Even her siblings looked vastly different than she did. The leopon struggled to fit in with her pridemates and with Levita taking every possible chance to make sure the cub knew she was unusual it was even more difficult. When she was old enough to go on patrol with her father King Tanga took her to see the lone leopardess that the pride shared part of their territory with. Nidora was happy to talk with Mahui about the leopard way of life and the proud heritage they shared. Mahui came away from that experience with a better understanding of who she really was. She was a bridge between lions and leopards, proof that big cats aren't as different as most would believe. Mahui is proud to be a hybrid and hopes to one day be the Mugumu Ambassador when she's old enough.
