One night, she said she saw stars, brighter and more vivid than the night before. Of course she had, the skies were much clearer than they had been in some time now. However, when she started speaking of seeing stars in the daylight we worried. She would stumble regularly, learning to hunt had become impossible for her, and when we looked into her eyes one day, it all became clear. Stars, living in her eyes, gently swirling and making her nearly blind, but she didn't seem to ever mind, so long as she could watch the stars forever
