Stormfly

Stormfly is the last daughter of the previous Savanna Pride male, Dustbreaker. Her father was known for his talent in the arcane arts. Casting magic to heal wounded lions. But when siring cubs, no cub inherited his innate ability for the arcane. Years past and still no one cub was born with the arcane magics. When one day on his daily patrol he found a lone lioness wandering in his territory. Stormfly's father was known for his kindness and taking in any lions that needed a home, but as he approached this lioness he noticed that she didn't look like any normal lion. Her fur seemed to glow in the moonlight, creating a soft aura around her. He noticed her eyes were as white as the pale moons face. Her name was Asra, the Moon Goddess. She had heard about Dustbreaker. Heard of his kindness, and his arcane abilities. But she also knew that his time was nearing the end. She knew that he had been trying to sire a cub with his powers... And she wanted to help. Asra took on a form of lioness and lived with Dustbreaker and his pride. She would birth the cub with his abilities and a bit of hers as well. She told Dustbreaker that for this to work there must always be a price to pay, because with every good deed something bad must come with it.
