Twilight, the young princess of distant lands, was summoned to the Ad Astra lands by way of her spirit guide, an albino ball python supposedly with a piece of the spirit of the moon god imbedded within its soul. She arrived at the edge of the territory and awaited an escort as her sport guide foretold her. Finally she was greeted, a bit harshly, by the pride’s Queen Equinox. She brought Twilight to her King, a young lion with a small frame and short mane. However his presence alone counteracted his juvenile looks. She presented him with her backstory and reasoning, and the young king laughed in her face, exclaiming that there was no logical way that the spirit of a long dead God guided her to his lands. She insisted calmly, but was swiftly sent out on her way.
Persistent, she returned day over to day to present her case until finally the King allowed her kinship. He told her that the night before he had had a dream of the moon God in which they told him of a stranger that will bless their lands.
Twilight was then allowed homeship in the pride and told she would be trained as a Shaman under Sanagoma Fleur. The two bonded immediately, and stayed very close friends even after Twilight switched paths to become a Seer and shopkeeper.
A persistent, cool-headed lioness with a will to survive against a world against her, Twilight proved her worthiness to Ad Astra's ancestors time and time again. She bore one cub, a single daughter of the king who was untrustworthy of her to begin with. The cub resides in Twilight's parent's pride.
After many moons of her commitment to Ad Astra, King Vesuvius bestowed upon her the greatest gift he could; the gift of immortality, sealing her place as a Paladin in Ad Astra, the first of her kind, given the duties to aid Ad Astra for eternity, and guide its future kings and queens in the right direction.
