Origin Son of Chakjole'en and an ordinary hunter, born in pride (296). My precious boy. Biography Was trained by Boox Ch'omak. When it was finally time to prove himself as a warrior, Jats'uts instead was bringing prey from EVERY SINGLE patrol he went on. So I decided - if he brings prey from the next patrol again, it will definitely be a sign. Aaaand... OK, I GET IT, I GIVE UP. As a matter of fact, Jats'uts became the first male hunter of the pride. Which... suits him, in an odd way. He's too full of himself to hunt with other lionesses, but he likes to hang out with Sak Lu'um. So Chakjole'en officially made him the second scout of the pride (at 2 y. 5 m.), albeit with a deep sigh and after long consideration. Chakjole'en's reign 7:10 You were busy checking the borders of your lands. After making sure everything was safe, you heard from your other pride mates that Jats'uts said he could check twice as fast! Riiiiiiiggghhht. If there was one lion Jats'uts was afraid of, it was Boox Mo'ol. Actually, there were two lions, the other one being Boox Mo'ol's mother, current High Priestess of the pride. While the lioness looked terrifying and was infamous for her violent temper, Boox Mo'ol never did anything wrong. In fact, he obeyed the king so well he was made his companion. But there was something unsettling in his calm blue eyes, and Jats'uts almost flinched whenever they happened to lock eyes. It was already decided he would rule after Chakjole'en. Needless to say, Jats'uts always made sure to be extremely polite to these two despite being the king's son. Luckily for Jats'uts (and the rest of the pride), a lion more suitable for reign than Boox Mo'ol was born. A perfect candidate, one might say. Still, Jats'uts felt disappointed that he, otherwise a rightful heir, would never rule. But oh well, at least he is free to do whatever he wants and isn't required to breed. That was a relief. Chakjole'en's reign 9:6 When you come to greet Jats'uts, he gives you the most contemptuous snarl. Sàmhchair's reign 1:9 You approach Jats'uts and he actually acknowledges you! He proceeds to tell you a story that you should be quite honored to hear. You wonder what you did to become worthy of his time. Jats'uts does not seem to be interested in grooming your fur today, but he did ask how you were. Yay.
