Her name was Snowfire, as her determine to keep going in the harsh terrain spoke volumes to Snowdin. And because of her fire, she quickly became Snowdin's favorite and the Task Master. When she saw how cruel Snowdin was to the NCL's he brought in from patrols, she stepped down to help them in the once cold Snowed Inn. This angered Snowdin, and he renamed her Roxanne, after a lioness that once nearly killed him. Unapertured, Roxanne turned Snowed Inn from a shabby shelter to a welcoming environment fit for cubs and rejected NCL's alike. Roxanne's son, Taka, visits her often and helps with the cubs, when need be, much to the displeasure of Snowdin. Roxie is Roxannes apprentice, who will take over for her when she can no longer do so. Roxanne was surprised when Taka was the one to bring her in, as she was not much younger than he.
