Rainy Morning was born to the legendary Fierce Tiger, the leader of the Mwindaji hunters and the queen's mate. Being born to the strongest lion in the pride, Rainy Morning was born knowing she would become one of the pride's top hunters. But despite being the stronger sibling, she was always overshadowed by her more beautiful sister. She couldn't say why, but Eclipsed Sun always favored Blue Panther. And when Scarred Okapi, one of the elite hunters of the pride, died and a new Mwindaji hunter was needed, Blue Panther was chosen instead of her, despite the fact that she was stronger. But she didn't hold animosity against her sister and waited patiently for her turn, until their mother died.
