Danaus

You're not sure what happened. You were walking in the plains and suddenly the sky turned red ! The air is cold and the atmosphere is oppressive. You hear wails. It comes from behind the bushes. As you step closer, you notice what you thought was a dead tree is actually a skeleton. Your heart skipped a beat when you realised but now that you see the bones moving you almost faint.

Next to the horse, there is a lioness, wailing at the sky. She hasn't noticed you yet. It is what a witch looks like ? She's more of a necromancer than a witch. She brought the horse back to life and she, herself, looks like she's coming back from the grave.

You stay hidden, terrified by that creature and you try to understand what she says. It's something about her cubs. Her daughters hating her. Is she Attacus' mother ? Does she have other cubs ?
You feel sad for her but you can't risk comforting her, she would kill you right where you are. There's nothing you can do for Danaus, let's leave.
