Vega was born into King Doriian’s pride as the daughter of Aphrodite. Her true father died very soon after Aphrodite got pregnant, however Doriian treated Vega as his own daughter, just as he did for every cub that entered the pride. Vega was special of course, for as soon as she was born, everyone noticed her stunning interstellar coat. Due to her starry complexion, the cub was named Vega, after the brightest star in the Lyra constellation. While she had a shy nature, she quickly became a great young huntress, though with no other cubs near her age, the adults were worried Vega wouldn’t learn to socialize.
Although they were worried, Vega grew into a respectable lioness, and had several delightful children. Triss, her firstborn, grew into a beautiful lioness, and was always near Menhit and Apollyon. Her second born, Jaskiier, became Doriian’s heir and took over the pride once Doriian died. Finally, her youngest daughter, Maghra, became a respectable huntress.
