Chad was born as a little lioness but never felt like he belonged in his body. Then one day while playing with the other cubs he met a mongoose! He stared at it long and hard then the mongoose spoke. "Hello small one what troubles you?" He let the mongoose know that he wanted to be a king one day not a silly little girl. The mongoose said " Ah! I have a deal for you then... If you give me food and protect me I'll grant your wish but there's a catch you'll never be able to have cubs of your own." Chad was excited but felt odd he wouldn't be able to have cubs but he agreed and then the mongoose gave him a leaf with a strange liquid inside. He drunk the liquid that was in the leaf and turned into a boy! From that day forward he has gone by Chad and has his mongoose friend Carmen.
Chad met his adopted son at the giving tree. His name is
Baklava. Chad was finally able to have a family of his own and is raising him to be the best host to all the travelling lions that come by.

Chad stays here and wanders the territory in search of lions looking for a temporary place to stay. He also wanders the lands in search of herbs, bugs, food, and some little mice to give to his wandering guests. He feeds and keeps safe the lions who come by, he loves the company he gets from all who come visit! All the lions he has hosted are in order and listed below. 👇
