Also born on my dogs eighth birthday... Zeta was born into a golden age. Her family was big, over 40 lions and many a cub were in the pride. However even as her eyes are still closed they knew she'd be a queen. Little did she know that her mother would not even live to see that day come true. As she was five months old thee Empress Citlali II came to her mother's den. Her mother had been feeling unwell as of late and had asked Citlali to come to her den that night. She felt a chill run down her spine as she saw her father come in and in his mouth she saw a jelly fish. Zeta knew what that was, it would freeze her mother in time. Just like her grandma. She ran and grabbed her father's leg and cried asking her to give them more time. Citlali turned around , his starry pelt glistened in the moonlight, and bent down and said, "your mother is dieing, she will not live to see the next month my child, and she has done a lot for this pride. So I wish to immortalize her next to her mother, as one day you too will be I am sure." "But why father," she desperately did not want to be immortalized. "Because tigons bring good luck to every pride they go to. When they die they leave a hole that cannot be filled, but when immortalized they keep us prosperous and are reminded of the ages before you. I to will be immortalized, in the hall of dynasty with my ancestors, and my 10 times great grandfather who started this pride is at the start," Citlali ended his monologues and then went and gave her mother the jelly fish. Zeta sat there staring, as her mother was breathed in new life than swiftly it left and she was a statue frozen in time. And she let out a roar of sorrow at the loss of her mother. But Citlali gave her to Ellie for safe keeping. And she started to grow. Sometimes visiting her mother and grandmother. But she always took what Citlali said to heart, she was a prosperous light for her family and she would do the best she could for all if her time on this planet. breeding log (normal) Her first baby came and was a potato. One that would clearly be abandoned to the tree. Second heat and one baby later it again was a potato.
