She who Gives without Taking

She was brought in from the trading center being told of how she'd birth the pride's first hybrid.

She... she didn't want to, though. She wanted to be a free lioness who hunted for herself, she didn't want to become a tool for her king to produce a "unique" heir.

She had no means of escape, though; she was constantly surrounded by the cubs of the pride, so if she tried to sneak out at least one of them would be notice, therefore ruining any chance of escape.

Hopefully Hasanii would leave her alone.



(5/19) Her first litter was both a success and a failure.

She had not birthed a primal; instead, she had given birth to a pretty lioness and a "mutie". Giver didn't like calling her that, though, so she named her "Two Moons that Shine in Sky" after her double tails. Maybe Hasanii would be satisfied?



(6/11) She had fallen in love with a lion outside her pride.

Hasanii was convinced that the cubs were his. But Giver knew that the moment he saw them, he'd realize that she had mated outside the pride, and she'd never hear the end of it. It didn't matter that others did it all the time, Hasanii was supposed to be the parent of all "special" cubs, at least when it came to hers.

The only possible saving grace would be a hybrid or a ferus; if it was a ferus, then maybe he'd back off...


(6/14) He was angry.

She should have given her new love something to make sure the cub was a ferus as well, but she hadn't, and now she was permanently kept in the Nursery.

Surprisingly, though, he is allowing her new daughter to stay, and seemed to have calmed down from his mutie-obsessed days.

She named her new daughter "Fall of Leaves from Baobob".
