After inheriting her mothers curse she now has to live out her day in the agonizing pain of unhealing wounds and decay. No one in the pride is sure why this curse has befallen Crucatius’ blood line or where it originated from before she entered the clan they all just worry that it might spread through the rest of the clan. The pride is unsure what the old queen, Ashen, saw in her mother and why she even thought to allow this curse to be brought into the pride. Rhodonite wants to banish both her and her mother from the tribe but the spirit of the old queen will not allow it. Rhodonite always saw Ashen as crazed and not in her right mind, she partnered with hyenas after all. So instead he locked the newborn cub away in a nearby alter so her curse will not be spread any farther.
