As a result Deathstrike keeps her away from the main pride and uses the dens furtherst from the royal ones. Only after the old king stepped down and queen Ira took over the royal duties she dared to sleep in the prides main dens. She likes the company and looking after cubs came naturally to her like no other task. After king Prana took over the Pride Deathstrike took her daughter to the forest mountain pride where Rani met her father for the first time. Already a fully grown lioness the meeting was rather formal but realizing she was in fact of royal blood and that she had the forest mountain pride eyes gave her the right to visit the forest pride as a messenger of goodwill for king Prana and gave her closure.
