Seashells mother had the intention to forge an alliance with queen Astara by offering herself to one of Astaras sons. Her plan succeeded partially although not a boy and therefore not a potential heit, Seashell inherited her Grandfathers strong pelt whilst clearly having the eyes and shine of the Starlight royal lionesses. Being the Grandchild of two local rulers would ensure her and her mothers importance and wellbeing during the harsh times in the droughts. Seashell is quite apathetic to having her younger uncle banished and her mother becoming queen. She does not care much for her royal title knowing well that Prana would hardly consider her heir material. She was not his after all. Seashell is simply happy to have so many aunties to visit. Seashell was quite surprised to find that the king did show interest in her. Coveting her royal looks of the starlight pride he found her quite attractive. Not as her becoming heir but as potential mother of his cubs.
