Biography
The lioness, Linh, was not your average lioness. No, she was born with a rare mutation, a part of a species known as Felis, which caused her to have a tall, strong, muscular body and a short little tail, almost like a stump. Her eyes were hard sharp orange, and her coat was dusty, occasionally shimmering slight hints of pink, purple and blue. The blue was most noticeable on her mane under her chin. At around two years of age, Linh joined a pride led by King Apate and his trusty, loyal wife, Hera. They saw strength in Linh, even though she was often the gentler, kinder, and more giving type; her looks made her seem brutal, unforgiving, and powerful to those who didn't personally know her.

One day, as the pride roamed the savannah in search of prey, they came across a herd of wildebeest. The males were fierce and protective, but Linh's presence alone was enough to make them cower in fear. The pride was able to easily bring down several of the wildebeest, thanks to Linh's strength and strategic thinking. As they feasted, King Apate approached Linh and said, "Your loyalty and bravery are truly admirable, Linh. You have proven yourself to be an asset to our pride." Linh, feeling honored, bowed her head in acknowledgement.

Hera, watching from a distance, noticed the exchange between Linh and Apate. She knew that Linh was different from other lionesses, not just physically, but also in her nature. Hera felt a kinship with the Felis lioness and decided to take her under her wing, showing her the ways of the pride and teaching her about their customs and traditions. As time went on, Linh became more than just a trusted ally; she became a friend to both Apate and Hera.

The pride continued to thrive under the leadership of Apate and Hera. Linh's strategic thinking and fierce loyalty to the pride made her an invaluable asset, and she quickly rose through the ranks. She was known for her fairness and her willingness to listen to the concerns of her fellow lionesses and lions. Word of the greatness of their pride spread far and wide across the savanna, attracting other lionesses and lions who sought to join them.

As the years passed, Linh's bond with Apate and Hera grew deeper. She even had Apate sire her cubs. They shared stories of their past, their hopes for the future, and their dreams for the pride. Together, they faced numerous challenges and adversaries, but their unwavering trust in one another and their unbreakable bond as a pride always helped them pull through the darkest times.

Their pride grew stronger and more prosperous under their leadership, attracting other lionesses and lions who sought to learn from their example. Apate and Hera were respected and admired throughout the savanna, and Linh's reputation as their trusted right-hand lioness only added to their collective stature. She was known for her wisdom, her compassion, and her unyielding loyalty to those she called family.

As the years went by, Linh found herself thinking more and more about the future. She had watched Apate and Hera age gracefully, their bodies becoming less capable of the physical demands of leadership, and she knew that one day soon, they would need to step down.

Her heart ached at the thought of losing them, but she also knew that it was essential for the survival of their pride. She began to spend more time observing and mentoring the younger lionesses and lions, hoping to groom a strong successor to take over when the time came. She was careful not to appear overbearing or pushy, but rather patient and nurturing, guiding them gently toward becoming the leaders that she knew they could possibly be someday.

As the years passed, Linh watched as her protΓ©gΓ©s flourished under her guidance. They grew stronger, wiser, and more capable with each passing day. She took great pride in their accomplishments and felt a deep sense of satisfaction knowing that she had played a part in shaping their futures.
