Biography

Dear Nurisha,

I have barely any space here but I still love you. You will never know death until old age claims you. I always keep my promises ❤️

---------------------------------------------------
BACKSTORY:

As Nurisha strode across the gentle plains of her father's lands, her golden pelt shimmered as though it were blessed by the sun god himself. The lioness knew that this day was inevitable. As her father's eldest daughter, Nurisha's duty was evident - to pave the way for her siblings by joining a new pride. To create her own future instead of relying on Jua for the rest of her days.

The sun hung low in the sky on the day she left. She had embraced her father and all her siblings in the morning. Grief buzzed around the entire pride as the most precious jewel of Jua left. Disappearing into the night, the sun had set and taken Nurisha with it.

The journey she undertook was long and arduous. The lioness struggled across strange lands which morphed from rocky terrains to parched deserts. Her days were fraught with danger but the daring lioness showed no fear, instead meeting each challenge head on. Through it all, she grew into herself and her name echoed across the neighbouring prides. Nurisha - the travelling lioness. Renowned not only for her feats, but for her beauty that dazzled across the pridelands..

Her fame grew so much that lions would gather at the borders of their territory, hoping to catch a glimpse of the magnificent lioness. Upon seeing her beauty, they would faint in shock. Many kings attempted to seduce her, to have her as their queen. To have the ability to flaunt the most beautiful lioness they had ever seen as their own. Yet each time she would kindly refuse and carry on with her journey, forever moving onwards.

Where was she going? Who would she take as a mate? The questions of her adoring fans were endless and unanswered for even Nurisha knew not what she wanted. All she knew was that… somewhere out there… was a lion just as daring as her. Who would love her for what was in her heart and mind, would love her for who she was, not for what she looked like.

Seasons passed. She was very far from the lands she had been borne in now and though her heart ached for her father and siblings, she knew they would be proud of all that she had achieved. In fact, her siblings had probably ventured out in search of their prides by now. She smiled at the thought. Had they been successful? She hoped with all her being that her kin had achieved all their dreams and more.

Yet Nurisha wanted for more for herself. After seasons of helping lions on her journey, of experiencing new things and meeting new lions, fresh desire burned within her. Desire for a family to call her own, for cubs to care for, for a mate to cherish through all time. To nourish new life and see her legacy continue. She wanted this life so badly but she had no lion to call as her mate. There had been hundreds of suitors but none had caught her heart. The golden lioness was devastated each time a prospective mate courted her but awoke nothing in her heart. Was she doomed to forever walk alone? Nurisha lamented how her life had turned out. All this beauty and talent was worth nothing if she was unable to pass it on to her future cubs.
